• To assist the identified FPOs/FPCs on meeting compliance requirement as per CCDP scheme guidelines for Creation of Backward and Forward Linkages and also assist in preparing required documents including DPR as per scheme guidelines.
• Guidance to FPCs in obtaining Term Loan from the Bank/FIs as well as various permissions, NOCs and licenses from various statutory authorities of Central/State Departments.
• Guidance to FPOs/FPCs in outreaching potential markets through meeting with buyer.
• To provide manpower support for technical and marketing support to FPCs after establishment of integrated pack house and providing assistance to FPCs under cluster extension programme.
• Coordination with banks/financial institutions to enable the FPO/FPC in preparing detailed bankable project report including business plan for the proposed supply chain infrastructure/ processing facility.
• Coordination with SFAC, New Delhi for availing assistance of scheme like equity grant, credit guarantee scheme and venture capital assistance.
