The Farmers have to Create a Login and Password by Registering themselves on this Portal by Clicking on the link 'Farmer Login' given in the Menu.
After creating the Login and Password, the Farmers have to enter through their Login and Password using the 'Farmer Login' Link given in the Menu.
The Farmers have to fill up the following details to create a New Farmer's Producer Organization (FPO):
1. 6 Names for the Proposed FPO. Out of these names, one name will be approved by the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
2. Proposed Address of the FPO along with the Electricity Bill Copy of the proposed address. The Electricity Bill Copy need to be uploaded on the Portal in the given section.
3. Minimum 10 Names of the Directors are necessary to be provided (Maximum 15 Numbers of Directors can be given)
4. The following 7 documents of each of the Directors are to be provided:
i. PAN Card
ii. Aadhar Card
iii. DL/Voter Card/Passport
iv. Photo
v. Farmers affidavit duly attested by Executive Magistrate including Khsra and Khatauni
vi. Faradh copy not more than 6 months old duly attested by Patwari/ Kanungo
vii. Bank passbook copy not more than 3 months old (1st Page and last page with entry)
